Oscar's father was Georgia motion picture pioneer William Henry Oldknow. 1956 it was listed at $115,000. 1973 it was listed for sale for $325,000. It was originally one story 3 bed, 3 baths. Paul Williams was not the original architect. Maybe he designed part of a remodel later. I'm not positive. All data is public information from public government and other public sources.
