Lee designed movie theaters which is how he met the owner. Oldknow owned over 350 movie theaters in the 1930's. His wife played golf. Oscar died in 1951. Oscar's father was Georgia motion picture pioneer William Henry Oldknow. 1956 it was listed at $115,000. 1973 it was listed for sale for $325,000. It was originally one story 3 bed, 3 baths. Paul Williams was not the original architect. Maybe he designed part of a remodel later. I'm not positive. All data is public information from public government and other public sources.
